New grip on skiing in Austria, where it will be possible to access the lifts only with full vaccination (three doses) or with double vaccination + molecular swab.

Despite the sharp decline in infections in recent weeks, Austria is running for cover: from Tuesday 28 December, to access the slopes and ski lifts it will be necessary to have carried out all three doses of the vaccine or, for those who only have double vaccination, a molecular swab will also be required.
In the various Austrian lands, although the situation compared to the past few weeks is strongly improving, thanks to the three weeks of total lockdown and the current lockdwon for those who are not vaccinated, various restrictions continue to fall: from December 27, bars and restaurants close at 10 pm, in Vienna, the molecular swabs are valid for only 48 hours and to access public and sporting events, as well as for the ski lifts, the 2G + rule applies (three doses of vaccine, double dose + swab or certificate healing).
Furthermore, to access the ski lifts it is mandatory to use an FFP2 mask, both on the chairlifts and on the cable cars; aprés-skis are prohibited, in order to avoid crowds.
