It was closed on Friday in Innsbruck, INTERALPIN, the most important alpine technology fair held at the Messe Innsbruck Exhibition Center.

The fair, which came to its 22nd edition every two years, took place from 26 to 28 April. Nearly 26,400 professionals, 10% more than 2015, from all over the world, took part in discovering, investing and being informed about the latest technologies, from ropeway installations to artificial lifts to lifts and much more.
According to the CEO of Congress Messe Christian Mayerhofer, the latest technology in the cableway industry and the coincidence of INTERALPIN and the Austrian Cable Car Conference have underlined the strong co-operation of the fair with the cable industry that is more vital than never.
According to market research, 75% of visitors came to INTERALPIN with the concrete will to invest in new technologies during or after the fair and about 60% of visitors came from 86 foreign countries. There were also 650 exhibitors from 50 countries, covering at least 40,000 square meters of exhibition space. The next appointment with INTERALPIN will take place from 8 to 10 May 2019.
