Friuli Venezia Giulia, 50% more sales of seasonal skipasses compared to last year

From November 22nd to December 1st, you will be able to purchase the seasonal ski passes of the PromoTurismoFVG ski areas at discounted prices.

On November 22nd the pre-sale of the 2019/2020 seasonal ski passes of the PromoTurismoFVG ski centers officially started and, starting today, November 25th, also in the tourist office in Sappada. The presale will last until 1 December 2019 inclusive. These days it will therefore be possible to buy your seasonal ski pass at a discounted price. Also confirmed for this season is the "Family Package", which will save 35% compared to the full price. After the preview of the six ski poles at the Udine Christmas fair Idea Natale, which registered the sale beyond all expectations of almost a thousand ski passes per day, the first days of presale start with a fast pace: on the morning of Saturday 22 November, files were created outside the tourist office of Trieste and the Città Fiera of Udine and also the Palmanova Outlet Village has recorded excellent sales performance. The staff service has also been optimized, with two employees in each distribution point: one dedicated to the release of information on ski resorts and the other to the issue of purchase tickets. To date, it is estimated that growth in the presale trend is over 50% and the result is probably due to the combination of an integrated communication strategy, which coincided with the fall of the first snows and the maintenance of competitive tariffs. Also for the winter 2019/20 PromoTurismoFVG has decided to adopt the policy of maintaining the prices of its seasonal products, making the Friuli mountains the most competitive of the entire Alpine arc, with lower prices than other destinations and with the possibility of presale to save for certain ski pass categories up to 70 euros. The family discount has also been confirmed, which for the current season has seen the children category extend to 14 years (the previous year included children up to 10 years), while the youngest, up to 7 years, continue to ski for free. The great novelty of the winter 2019-2020 is the possibility of purchasing your CartaNeve in the ski centers, at the Arta spas, at the Palmanova Outlet Village, at the infopoints of Trieste and Pordenone and at the Città Fiera of Udine. Only in the presale period (11.22.1.12.2019) it will be possible to buy the season ski pass by bank transfer, upon request sent by e-mail from Monday to Friday (before 4.00 pm) to preventivi-skipass@promoturismo.fvg.it, after 16.00 on Friday and on holidays at the address of one of the ski centers. In the quote request e-mail it is mandatory to specify the name, surname, date of birth and type of ski pass desired. Only after receiving confirmation from PromoTurismoFVG you can proceed to payment by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be indicated. The snow season starts early in the Kanin-Sella Nevea area and it will be a sort of seasonal prologue limited to Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December, which will give tourists the chance to ski only at high altitude using the slopes served by the Funivor lifts and the Gilberti chairlift. Transportation to the top will be allowed from the Kanin cable car, which from Sella Nevea leads to Rifugio Gilberti.

Argentera

Argentera
