Vincenzo Novari, former CEO of H3G, will be the team manager at the head of the organizing committee of the 2026 Winter Olympics. Novari, from Genoa, born in 1959, studied business administration in Genoa where he graduated in 1985. He was Marketing Director of Omnitel Marketing in 1995, in 1996 he became Vice-President for sales, marketing and logistics. In 1999 he became Managing Director of Omnitel 2000. Later he founded Andala S.p.a, of which he was Managing Director from the beginning and after the transformation into 3 Italia. He left in December 2016 when 3 Italia and Wind merged. In October 2016, when the merger was already close, he founded SoftYou, a startup to create, manage and develop internet, intranet and mobile platforms, as well as applications for device. The same year he became Special Advisor Italy for CK Hutchinson. Spadafora, at the end of the vote which gave Novari the role of precise ad "We believe it has all the qualities to do a good job". "It is a very good result, considering that next week there will already be a technical table to define the priority of the works to be carried out", commented the governor of the Veneto, Luca Zaia. "With these two meetings we are already operational: with the Infrastructure Minister, Paola De Micheli, for infrastructure, and here with Minister Spadafora for the nomination of the CEO. Once again the working group acted unanimously", concludes Zaia. By the end of the month, the effective committee should be set up, as announced by the president of CONI, Giovanni Malagò.
