The Canadians Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, Olympic champions in Vancouver 2010, and winners of two golds and two silver with five circles including the Olympic team title of these Games, have won the today's race segment setting a new world record, which already belonged to them with 82.68 points, and that today they led to 83.67. Not far from their main rivals, those who were the only ones to beat them in the last Grand Prix final since the North Americans returned to competition last season after a two-year stop, namely the French Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron with 81 , 93 points. Further back the other blue couple formed by Charlene Guignard and Marco Fabbri, eleventh with 68.16 points.
