He won the 'blue Damiano Lenzi the first edition of the Winter Vertical Race, held last night in the mountains of Limone Piemonte. The world champion has faced the route of 4.5 km on an elevation gain of 760 meters in just 28''25 '' '', imposing on Fabio Bazzana (31''17 '' '') & nbsp; and Giovanni Zamboni ( 31''57 '' '') in second and third place.

Nearly a hundred athletes who participated in the spectacular hill climb in the moonlight on along the path that leads up from Limone Quote 1400 upon arrival of Pancani, 2,085 meters, along the track of Cabanaira. Had to give up the champion Marco Moletto Limone, in bed with a fever.
The first edition of the Winter Vertical Race of Limone Piemonte & egrave; was organized under the patronage of the Municipality of Limone Piemonte in collaboration with Bottero Ski and Lift SpA Competition & egrave; in the circuit Cuneo Ski Alp.
