Cervinia moves in advance and announces the opening for October 16

The ski season at the foot of the Matterhorn will begin on October 16, one week earlier than last year, and will continue until May 1, 2022. This was announced by Cervino spa, the company that manages the ski lifts in the area.

According to ANSA, "Breuil-Cervinia will be the first station in the Aosta Valley to inaugurate the winter season again this year and will be the last to close". In Valtournenche the lifts will be open from 20 November to 18 April, in Torgnon and Chamois they will be open during the weekend of 27-28 November, from 4 to 8 December, 11 and 12 December and every day from 18 December to 3 April 2021. "Cervino spa - according to a note from the azineda - hopes to receive clear and definitive information as soon as possible on the conditions for opening ski resorts in Italy. The start of the season is upon us and the ski sector is in turmoil; our large and safe ski areas are ready to welcome again the many snow and mountain enthusiasts "

Argentera

Argentera
