Grand Prix Juniors, Passo S. 1700 young pilgrims expected samples

Grand Prix Juniors is one of the most popular sporting events dedicated to the small Italian skiers, sponsored by more than thirty years dall'AMSI (Association of Italian ski instructor). Saturday 24 and Sunday, March 25, 2012 in the Three Valleys Ski Area - Dolomiti Superski will race the most promising (male and female) of Italian skiing, aged between eight and eleven years in the disciplines of alpine skiing (giant slalom) , Nordic skiing (cross country skiing classic technique) and for the first time in a test demo snowboard.

Children who have had access to the national final, in other words, the Grand Prix Juniors - Ringo Trophy - are over 1,700 and come from all over Italy in the Veneto. At the race, in fact, were members of the top fifteen by category of each of the thirteen regional meetings, the last of which (Lazio, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino) in order of time were held Sunday, March 11.
The organization of event is complex and articulated: expected initially, in the months of January and February, a series of mini competitions prepared by the Italian Schools Cross distributed on the Italian territory, so to be able to offer all young skiers (even those not enrolled in ski club ) the opportunity to get noticed. Ski Schools have had access to the regional stages, useful to select participants for the final Grand Prix Juniors, Ringo Trophy, which will be awarded the titles of "Very Young Italian Champion." The Grand Prix Juniors

embraces the world youngest skiers, and participate in the edition 2012 (from school until the final stages of national) children born in the years 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 for alpine skiing and Then, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 with regard to Nordic skiing.
