Some families of Champoluc and Gressoney presented a complaint against Monterosa Ski to the prosecutor's office of Aosta.

They are the owners of the land where the ski runs pass. The arrears of the Monterosa Ski company is reported, which proposed a review of the land lease contracts for "insignificant fees, slightly higher than the easement benefits for public use".

La Monterosa Ski, on the other hand, has given an ultimatum to the contracts that are actually still valid: if the owners do not accept the new conditions, the company will be forced to request the start of the procedure for the compulsory establishment of lane easement.
According to the owners of the land, we can speak of the compulsory establishment of easements for public use only if the decree of classification of the slopes and declaring them of public utility exists. Furthermore, the compulsory establishment of easements for public use can be applied only in the event of the expiry of the contracts. Contracts that are still in force.
