Freeride Touring in Val Corsaglia, January 2021

Freeride Touring excursion in Val Corsaglia (CN) among ghost towns, surrounded by chestnut and birch woods. Near the old Revelli ski lift, now abandoned.

The Corsaglia valley borders to the east with the Roburentello and Casotto valleys, to the west with the Maudagna and Ellero valleys while to the north the head is enclosed by the peaks of Pizzo d’Ormea (2476 m) and Mongioie (2630 m). The Freeride Touring excursion in the video is near the towns of Bossea, where there are also the famous caves and fountains. Val Corsaglia with its silences and its wild imprint, make it an ideal destination for excursions into nature and for many sports activities in all seasons.Credit: Umberto Geninatti Togli Equipment: Mico, FullTilt, Cober
