The ski season starts in Val Senales

The ski season in Val Senales began today, September 14th, thanks to 30 cm of fresh snow that has fallen in recent days.

With the cable car from Maso Corto you can reach over 3000 meters high and get off on the slope served by the Grawand chairlift. The youngest athletes are already training on the glacier and the World Cup alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and biathlon teams are also expected in the autumn. The 2 km cross-country loop is also open. "In the spring we produced a lot of artificial snow and covered an area of 3 hectares with sheets, which gave the expected results," explained technical director Philipp Kofler.

Argentera

Argentera
