Snowboard World Cup: Coratti is 4th in Rogla's PGS, which challenges Hofmeister-Nadyrshina among women

Azzurri off the podium in the penultimate race of the season, with March finishing 5th and flying to the top of a very open ranking. The German beats the Russian and sees the crystal ball bis.

Four days after the conclusion of the snowboard world championships, Rogla also hosted the penultimate round of this season, with the restart of a World Cup that remains open for men. In Slovenia, in fact, everything happens in the parallel giant that sees Zan Kosir returning to win, right on his home snow, capable of beating Andrey Sobolev in the final. The leader of the general, the world champion Dmitry Loginov, ends up sensationally out in qualifying and it is a pity that the Azzurri have not been able to make the most of the situation; Edwin Coratti ends in fourth position (on the track where he obtained two of his three wins in the CdM), beaten in the small final by the Polish Kwiatkowski, while Aaron March is eliminated in the quarter-finals, but with the 5th place he is at the top with a couple of points on Loginov himself, in a truly incredible ranking on the eve of the grand final in Berchtesgaden (20-21 March). Out in the round of 16 Fischnaller and Felicetti, very fast in the morning. The women's race instead saw yet another duel between Ramona Hofmeister and Sofia Nadyrshina, with the German champion who folds the very young Russian and stretches in the general, for an encore after 2020 which will be decided anyway in Berchtesgaden. On the podium also the Swiss Zogg, who beat the eternal Claudia Riegler for 3rd place. Out in qualifying the two blue, Dalmasso and Ochner.
