Mountain Flavours
September & egrave; the ideal month for festivals and festivals dedicated to the traditions and food mountain: tourists are less and the temperatures become myths. The Wine Festival Trentino & egrave; organized by the Wine Route in collaboration with the Consortium of Trentino and Wines & egrave; the natural evolution dell''Autunno Trentino. The Festival was created by the will & agrave; to enhance the food and wine of the area: the mountain cheeses, the Fool 'fresh water, cold cuts, vegetables and fruit grown at high altitude ... all combined with the extraordinary variety & agrave; wine that Trentino offers. To animate the event: 46 wineries, 3 breweries, distilleries 2, 24 food producers and 19 restaurants. In addition, samples of Trentino Volley will wear aprons chef.
The focus of the event will be & agrave; Piazza Cesare Battisti for the 'occasion vestir & agrave; the role of Piazza dei Sapori. For the 'opportunity will come & agrave; set up a temporary shop Gusto Trentino will offer & agrave; the best of local produce. Not far away there will be & agrave; A sip of Trentino, the 'wine temporary. There will Cooking Show, meetings with producers and thematic workshops dedicated to pi & ugrave; small.
For the 'occasion will & agrave; Active restaurant La Trentina, which will have lunch & agrave; a menu consisting of only specialty & agrave; Trentino and every evening will come & agrave; A chef different belonging to the Wine and Flavours of Trentino.
The event will focus not & agrave; only in the city center & agrave ;: we will be involved and several restaurants will be set up diVini Palaces, or hosted thematic islands set within historic buildings and great charm, as Roccabruna Palace and Palazzo Thun. Each building will & agrave; dedicated to a territory and its characteristic wines. There will be: Nosiola and Vino Santo for Trent Valley Lakes and Garda; M & uuml; ller Thurgau for Cembra Valley; Teroldego to the Piana Rotaliana; Marzemino for Vallagarina. Sommelier will present experts to describe and enhance the characteristics of the wines present.
There will also be cultural routes: Trent between art and taste, in fact, & egrave; It designed to bring guests to discover the rich artistic history of the city & agrave;
