Want to learn how to cook traditional dishes of South Tyrol, walking in the woods, discover the herbs, taste the goodness & agrave; the chef of Merano? Foodie Factory & egrave; un''officina taste designed for chefs, cooking enthusiasts and lovers of good food and traditions of South Tyrol.

This workshop of taste, which aims to be a point of 'meeting between the Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, born from the desire to promote a land rich in culinary traditions and local products of high quality & agrave ;. Thanks to the involvement of chefs, restaurants and tourist offices, Foodie Factory offers to all tourists, the curious and lovers of the mountain, the possibility & agrave; to try and experience the traditional South Tyrolean cuisine firsthand. Throughout the 'year lofficina taste of Meraner organizes events, workshops, cooking classes, walks and themed dinners, to propose to all lovers of food a series of cultural events. The locations of the events are numerous and sometimes unusual: restaurants and hotels, mountain pastures, a farm, the cable car ... Among the many events planned in the coming weeks, we point Taller & amp; Tuba, to be held & agrave; September 3 to & nbsp; Marling. The evening will & agrave; dedicated all''arte South Tyrolean cuisine and the music will take part in the band Marling and two chefs who will compete in a cooking show focused on traditional dishes of South Tyrol. In September and October & egrave; You can participate in the & nbsp; during & ldquo; Wü; rzkr & auml; uter in the garden & rdquo ;, a scene, a workshop dedicated to herbs, their property & agrave; and their use in everyday life.
