The simplicity & agrave; It is at the basis of this small company. The beers produced, in fact, are three: a clear, one red and one amber. The names of the beers are a fusion of Revertis and their degree IBU (International Bitterness Units) or the degree of bitterness of beer each.
Revertis 31 - & egrave; a Red Ale, has an intense flavor and firm and a fruity aroma, brewed with hops from New Zealand (7% Alc Vol).
Revertis 45 - & egrave; a pale ale & nbsp; clear, drinkable and bitter, made with English hops (Alc 5% Vol).
Revertis 72 - & egrave; an amber beer, American-style Pale Ale, citrus and bitter as he wants the American hops used (6% Alc Vol).
All the beers are produced without preservatives, unpasteurized n & eacute; filtered, then are living beers, whose taste & egrave; always changing.
