Ukrainian Federation of biathlon launches lifetime ban for doping?

Yesterday evening Volodimir Brynzak, president of the Ukrainian Federation of biathlon, announced the will & agrave; to give a strong signal in the fight against doping, much to launch what & egrave; in effect a lifetime ban.
