The Czech Republic convenes 10 athletes for the World Championships in Hochfilzen

The Czech Biathlon Federation has announced the names of the biathletes squad for the World Cup in Hochfilzen. The choices were not trivial and are having a couple of excellent exclusions.

Four women (Gabriela KoukalovÃ¡, Eva PuskarÄÃkovÃ¡, Veronika Vitkova and Lucia Charvatova) and as many men (Michal Krcmar, Michal Å lesingr, Ondrej Moravec, Adam Vaclavik) were already assured of convening after the stage of Anterselva. The last places were supplemented by the results of the European Championships in Duszniki Zdroj and tests Ibu Cup in Brezno-Osrblie. In the men it surprised the 'exclusion of Jaroslav Soukup, which was preferred Tomas Krupcik. The head coach Ondrej Rybar explained that "Tomas has earned the summons due to its safety to the shooting. True that in Slovakia came behind Jaroslav, but we believe that in this moment is higher." The same run-off occurred among girls, where Jessica Jislova snatched the pass to Hochfilzen on site Lea Johanidesova. Clearly the excellent results of Marketa Davidova the junior Europeans have not gone unnoticed and the coaching staff led by Zdenek Vitek does not exclude the possibility to take it into consideration for the relay, although the 'main objective of the youngster remain the junior end of World month.
