An Italian national biathlon team that enters the heart of preparation, which began with a smile also for the trio of summer world titles won, thanks to Dorothea Wierer and Lisa Vittozzi, at the recent world championship in Ruhpolding. Intense training program and competitive tests for the standard bearers of the CdM groups and beyond. We start from Lukas Hofer, who has resumed training at full speed in Anterselva after the stop of a few weeks necessary to recover from the acromion-plastic surgery on his right shoulder, carried out at the end of June. The South Tyrolean carabiniere will train until 9 September in the company of the Swedish team as part of the collaboration agreement signed between the FISI and the Nordic federation. The companions of the “Milano Cortina 2026” team will instead take part in the next weekend, in Oberhof, in the German summer national championships in the company of other nations such as the United States, Switzerland and Austria. At the starting gate of the races scheduled from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 September, the lighthouse will be Lisa Vittozzi, but in the company of Sappadina we will also see Samuela Comola, Michela Carrara, Hannah Auchentaller, Rebecca Passler, Martina Trabucchi, Eleonora Fauner, Linda Zingerle, Tommaso Giacomel, Didier Bionaz, David Zingerle, Patrick Braunhofer, Daniele Cappellari, Iacopo Leonesio, Cedric Christille, Daniele Fauner and Michele Molinari. Dorothea Wierer, on the same weekend, will instead be the protagonist of the now classic appointment with the “Martin Fourcade Nordif Festival”, the summer festival conceived by the transalpine champion and scheduled in the splendid setting of Annecy.
