Five blues will be competing (like the girls) for the second round of the World Cup: the world champion has "solved" the Covid case.

It was the long-awaited news and, with the official news coming from the FISI home, it can finally be said that Dominik Windisch will also start his 2020/21 season, after having skipped the Individual and Sprint last weekend.
The South Tyrolean champion, who had received "mixed" results regarding the Covid tests carried out last week, flies to Kontiolahti together with Thomas Bormolini, to compete in the second stage of the Biathlon World Cup together with Lukas Hofer, Didier Bionaz and Patrick Braunhofer .
There will therefore also be five men for the second appointment in Finland, like the girls since the line-up with Dorothea Wierer, Lisa Vittozzi, Nicole Gontier, Federica Sanfilippo and Irene Lardschneider has been confirmed.
In Kontiolahti on Thursday 3 December with the two sprint races, Friday rest and then Saturday 5 the men's pursuit and the women's relay, Sunday 6 closing with the men's relay and the girls' pursuit. In Obertilliach, on the other hand, the “B” team will be involved until 5 December with Daniele Cappellari, Michela Carrara, Giuseppe Montello, Tommaso Giacomel, Mattia Nicase and Saverio Zini, assisted by the manager in charge Alexander Inderst and coach David Wieser.
