Fourth day for the Tournament for men and women of Curling at the Winter Universiade Trentino, 2013, in progress at the Ice Rink in Baselga di Pine and first verdicts in view of the semi-finals on Wednesday.
In the women's tournament at the sixth session (the one played today) new defeat for the Italian women's team that gives up to 6-11 to Britain. The blue Lucrezia Laurenti, Silvia Mingozzi, Jade Mosaner, Cynthia Rich, Manuela Serafini had brought about the end of the 7-end 6-8, but then suffered three consecutive points in the last two ends.

In the men's curling tournament'' s Italy were beaten 1-7 in the morning for much of Canada (blue withdrawn at the end of the sixth end). In the evening the Italian team consists of Mark Pascale, Andrea Pilzer, Fabio Sola, Julien Michele Genre, Simon Gonin tried to fight against Norway, but after recovering up to 4-5, had to surrender to 8-5 (the match finished at 9 end).
Ranked command a full score 6 points in Canada and Sweden, practically secure in the semi-finals, followed by Great Britain, Korea, Norway and the United States 3 points. Italy at one point, on paper, is still some possibility of hooking the semi-finals, but also depend greatly on the results of other teams.
