Giulia Foresti, born April 7, 1999 in Seriate, near Bergamo, is training for the past two seasons in Egna in South Tyrol. For a long time, you & egrave; ventured in figure skating in pairs, but, at the moment, he is competing in the individual because of the lack of a partner. Solar, cheerful, funny and with a winning smile, Julia hardly goes unnoticed. Scekerando all with the remarkable quality & agrave; technical and artistic you can not have a complete picture of one of the young promises of the Italian movement.
1) Com & rsquo; & egrave; did your happened in skating?
I started six years, because & egrave; a friend of mine who attended the courses asked me to try. It was love at first sight!
2) From excellent skater couple and single, which specialty & agrave; do you prefer?
First of all, thanks for the compliment. However both are special. The most part & ugrave; Fascinating skate in single & egrave; the fact of being able to feel free and to be the center of attention of the public. The fantastic part of the skate in pairs & egrave; the feeling that is established with the partner. I think skating pair is by far the most & ugrave; nice to see the variety & agrave; of the elements, for their spettacolarit & agrave; and for the 'enormous difficulty & agrave; nell''eseguirli skaters that we know very well mask.
3) What are your expectations for the future competitive?
Honestly, I'm in a period of career I might call the "stop" in the sense that I'm training in single hoping to find the right partner. My goals for the future are undoubtedly participating in the Olympic Games, and, because & egrave; no, even the conquest of some medals at European and world level.
4) How & egrave; turn your summer preparation? You have taken some stage?
I attended several internships during dell''estate. & Nbsp; I started in June with a stage somewhat varied ... & nbsp; I took a week of vacation, after which & egrave; a week of training in Neumarkt, home of Young Goose Academy, society & agrave; to which they are tesserata. Then I had to spend a week with school exams and the week after I moved in Pinzolo for a course organized by the Italian federation. During the month of August, I trained at the magnificent Wü; rth Neumarkt Arena, home of Young Goose Academy.
5) What are your favorite skaters?
My favorite couple ever since I was six years old & egrave; was Savchenko / Szolkowy, then I always supported and loved Stefania Berton / Ondrej Hotarek, which for about a year I have also been fortunate to be able to train. My favorite skater & egrave; Carolina Kostner, but I love Gracie Gold, for its finesse, elegance and beauty. My favorite skater & egrave; without a doubt Javier Fernandez. Among the couples dancing I have a weakness for Davis / White, but, of course cheering for Anna and Luke and I admire them a lot.
