Soon after his debut season at the Dom Sportova Zagreb at the Golden Spin trophy, race category ISU Senior B, the reigning Olympic champion Yuna Kim has made some statements to the press, collected for us live by Dunja Ivic.

Question: While Mao Asada mainly focuses on the triple axel, what is your main goal on a technical level? Kim: I'm not focusing on any particular element or jump. The combination of jumps for me is that triple lutz-triple toe loop, but they are important also spins and steps. Everything is important to me and I try to perform at your best all the elements.
Question: How do you feel to compete for the first time this season?
Kim: I'm pretty happy after today's race. I did everything I wanted, so I am satisfied. In'' waiting for the Sochi Games will try to work on my flaws and improve overall. I made a small mistake on the double axel. I lost my rhythm for a moment and I was too high. '' And a small mistake so I'll try to stay calm and not make any more mistakes tomorrow. This will probably be my last season and that'' s last race before the Olympics. I can not say that it is not under pressure, just try to place me to the best of my ability. The Sochi Games will already be my second Olympics and I will try not to think too much on the result.
Question: What do you think of your score?
Kim: I'm satisfied with my score. The more I reduce errors to a minimum, the greater will be the result.
