Figure skating - Junior W.CH.2013, Milan
Italy is home for the first time the World Championships Junior Figure Skating 2013 to the Ice Palace Agora of Milan. Participating in the World Championships 184 athletes representing some 42 nations.

The twenty-one dancer Finnish Jussiville Partanen is the athlete "oldest" of the entire festival was born on July 15, 1991. As for the female sector the athlete with the most experience is the Dutch Rachel Epstein with its 19 years.
Instead, the younger skaters in the race are the Ukrainian Ivan Pavlov with his 14 years (26 September 1998) and our Foresti Giulia is just 13 years (4 April 1998).
There are two athletes who will make their birthday during the championships: Peter Coufal (CZE), who turned 18 on 25 February with the Belarusian Kristina Zakharanka who will celebrate sixteen Sunday, March 3 during the Closing ceremony.
At the start of the races are also two pairs of brothers: Sofia and Leo Luca Sforza competing in dance and in the artistic couples and twins Rachel and Dmitri Epstein Dutch couple that are together in the artistic.
The only junior world champion in 2012 came to Milan to defend the title is the Russian Julia Lipnitskaia that twelve months ago that had triumphed in Minsk. But I am in the race, many medalists of the last edition as Americans Joshua Farris and Jason Brown silver and bronze respectively outgoing, the couple Aldridge / Eaton in the dance (bronze) as the strong Russian Stapanova / Bukin (silver).
