Biography: Manuela Mölgg, born on June 28, 1983 in Brunico, was a mainstay of the Italian women’s technical team for more than fifteen years. A giant slalom and slalom specialist, she collected several World Cup podiums and frequently contended for discipline titles. She competed at many World Championships and Olympic Games, consistently representing Italy at the highest level. Mölgg was renowned for her clean, powerful and elegant skiing, especially on demanding technical courses. After retiring she became a commentator and ambassador for South Tyrolean and Italian skiing.
