It will be a decidedly ambitious Sweden, the one ready to take to the track in Levi for the double slalom of the World Cup scheduled for Saturday and Sunday in the Lapp town.
There are eight athletes lined up by Christian Thoma, with the South Tyrolean coach who spoke of an "already excellent summer and autumn preparation, as well as having found very good conditions even in the last training session in Sweden". Anna Swenn-Larsson and her companions, in fact, worked in Kabdalis and the silver champion in charge in the specialty will lead the national team aiming for the maximum goal, after having already touched his first World Cup victory several times, lost in a sensational way especially in the last race in Kranjska Gora on February 16th.
Together with Swenn-Larsson, over the weekend we will see also quality athletes ready for quality results such as Emelie Wikstroem, Estelle Alphand and Sara Hector, but beware of the return of Charlotta Saefvenberg (who broke the crusader a year ago) and young people such as Sara Rask (born in 2000), Hanna Aronsson herself (2002) and finally the debutante Moa Bostroem-Mussener, 2001 in her first appearances in the World Cup.
