The calendar proposes three parallels as for men and the same number of giants and slalom (9). Sestriere and La Thuile forerunners for the Cortina finals

The possible, super challenge between Sofia Goggia and Mikaela Shiffrin, who will defend the crystal ball won in the last three seasons, along 41 stages of a 2019/2020 Women's World Cup seasoned with 4 combined.
The official nature of the calendars by the FIS leads to an analysis that sees a good balance between the various specialties, even if there will be only 7 super-g (a specialty that the international federation would like to gradually put aside ...), in spite of 9 descents and as many giants and slalom, in addition to 3 parallels (the same as in the men's circuit, but there is only one in Stockholm on 10 March).
It starts from Solden with the giant on 26 October and, immediately after Levi's slalom, he flies to Vermont for the traditional Killington races, as well as the three Lake Louise fast tests. Return to the old continent with the super-g pairing and parallel to Sankt Moritz, not a novelty, then in France with the mid-week Courchevel giant and the two races of Val d''Isere, with descent and first combined season (combined however to a super-g, as in La Thuile). Classic end of the year in Lienz with giant and slalom, then the Zagreb slalom on January 4th to start again and head towards Zauchensee (downhill and combined), Flachau night slalom and the first of the two Italian stages (this year there will be the giant at Kronplatz). At Sestriere, a giant and a parallel slalom will take place on 18-19 January; the women's white circus will then move east to the fast races of Bansko and Rosa Khutor, but there will be three consecutive weekends with descent and super-g, given that on 8-9 February they will compete in Garmisch. Maribor was moved in mid-February for its technical competitions, to precede the now usual end-of-month appointment at Crans Montana, to then celebrate the return to La Thuile Cup on February 29 and March 1, with a super-g and a combined one. The German town of Ofterschwang is back to host the CdM, with a giant and slalom on 7-8 March, then all in Sweden for the Stockholm parallel and two other technical races in Are, before returning to Italy with the Cortina finals d '' Ampezzo, from 18 to 22 March.
