The calendar of the women's World Cup for the 2020/21 season: 37 races, only 13 speed races against the 18 between giant and slalom.

The defense of the crystal ball conquered by Federica Brignone last March will start, if all goes well in terms of Covid-19, as is traditional on October 24th with the giant on the Reldenbach in Soelden.
Three weeks later the parallel of Zuers, the first of the three scheduled with the appointment in mid-December in St. Moritz and the other news from Davos on January 1st. A calendar, the one ratified by the FIS, actually not too balanced as it had already been noted from the previous drafts: there will also be three combined, but above all only thirteen fast races (8 descents and 5 super-g) and 18 techniques between slalom and giants equally divided.
From Levi to Killington and Lake Louise, then the now classic weekend of Sankt Moritz and the French transfer between the giant of Courchevel and the descent and the combined Val d''Isère, nothing changes compared to the past except as every year, for the alternation of the end of the year (28-29 December) with giant and slalom on the Austrian snows, this time in Semmering.
And after Davos and the Zagreb slalom, we will return to Sankt Anton with descent and combined (always combined super-g plus slalom) on 9-10 January, followed by the night of Flachau, Maribor and a month's advance of the races of Crans-Montana, also in this case between downhill and combined on Mont Lachaux that Brignone likes so much.
The only Italian race scheduled is the Kronplatz giant, on January 26th before the Garmisch fast races and the February "hole" with the World Championships in Cortina. On 27-28 February, then, the girls would be called to take part in the downhill and super-g on the Chinese Olympic slopes of Yanqing, to then close in March with the double weekend of technical races between Jasna (another return) and Are before finals of Lenzerheide (17-21 March).
In the long-term calendars there are a couple of doubts related to Killington, with the end of November stage assigned for both 2021 and 2022 to the United States, but with the Vermont location to be confirmed, and the two days of late December in Austria that the OESV will have to resolve, given that there are major discussions regarding the possible return to Lienz for years alternating with Semmering. Zauchensee will return in January 2022, to then leave place again in Sankt Anton the following year, while Cortina was traditionally scheduled for its relocation at the end of January, but clearly remains tied to the world discourse. Italy which will have Kronplatz as a fixed stop with the giant both in 2021/22 and in 2022/23, a season in which Sestriere will also be on the calendar, with giant and parallel on 20-21 December 2022, in practice instead of Courchevel (which in 2021/22 will have a slalom in addition to the giant).
