Martina Perruchon returns to success after almost a year: the Lenzerheide slalom in the Aosta Valley

The second FIS race in Switzerland rewards the 24-year-old already author of an excellent start to the season and yesterday fifth in the first slalom. After almost 4 years the dream is to find the World Cup again.

Among the many blue who are distinguishing themselves in this first part of the 2020/21 vintage there was also her, despite not having won yet. It was enough to wait for the last race of 2020 to see Martina Perruchon return to success, almost a year after the FIS slalom conquered in Adelboden. It is still the Swiss snows that reward the 24-year-old from Aosta, who today dominated the second slalom in Lenzerheide, trimming almost half a second to the Swiss Pfiffner and Klopfenstein (the latter, dominator of the Winter Olympic Games at a youth level in January 2020). Also noteworthy is the eighth place of Carlotta Marcora, already seventh yesterday in race 1 where Perruchon had finished fifth, on the day of Nicole Good's success. And who knows that for Martina, almost 4 years after those two World Cup races held at a very young age, there will soon be a new chance in the top circuit, as happened in Semmering for Carlotta Saracco.
