Bormio also receives the OK from the FIS: the three fast races on the "Stelvio" from 28 to 30 December confirmed

Green light after today's snow check: it will start on Sunday 26th with the first test, closing on Thursday 30th with the second super-g which counts as recovery of Lake Louise.

After Val Gardena, Alta Badia and Madonna di Campiglio, Bormio also sees its races confirmed, and this year there will be three of an all-Italian men's World Cup block. This morning, the classic inspection of the FIS delegates on the "Stelvio" and there were no problems since the track has practically already been completed in view of the great event at the end of 2021. It will start on Sunday 26 and Monday 27 December with the two tests, then on Tuesday 28 the descent (starting at 11.30, like all races) with Dominik Paris who will try to seize success number six, the seventh total in Bormio, in "his" race, which last year saw him finish great fourth practically on his return, just 13 cents behind the winner Matthias Mayer. The two super-gs will follow on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 (the second is the recovery of the one canceled at Lake Louise), in the discipline that in 2020 saw Ryan Cochran-Siegle give a unique show, with the authentic domination of the American at his first success in the World Cup.
