Blue skiers, fly to Ushuaia: Monday for Paris and companions, will be four weeks of work

Everything is ready for the long trip to the Argentinian snows in Italjet.

Dominik Paris and his companions will in fact depart on the day of Monday 19 August in the direction of Tierra del Fuego, with Ushuaia the basis of the blue rally that will last for four weeks, given that the World Cup speed group will remain overseas until 16 September. There will obviously be no Christof Innerhofer, as we know just returned to skiing at the Stelvio, with the coach Alberto Ghidoni who will then lead, in addition to the world champion and winner of the Super-g Cup, the returning Emanuele Buzzi and Peter Fill, as well as Mattia Casse and Matteo Marsaglia. The technical staff will be full: Ghidoni will be assisted by Christian Corradino, Valter Ronconi, Giuseppe Abruzzini, Alberto Sugliano, Mattia Lavelli and Raimund Plancker (who will return to Italy on 4 September). The skimans in tow will be Giorgio Gay, Josef Zanon and Daniel Zonin. SLALOMYSTS AT THE STELVIO A week of work at the Stelvio, on the other hand, for the blue of the women's World Cup slalom group, led by the head coach Matteo Guadagnini. The captain Irene Curtoni, Lara Della Mea, Anita Gulli, Vivien Insam, Roberta Midali, Martina Peterlini and Marta Rossetti will take part in the training on the glacier. In addition to Guadagnini, Heini Pfitscher, Elias Molema, Davide Marchetti, Matteo Santagostino, Alberto Arioli and Nicola Martini are on staff. The meeting is scheduled for Sunday 18 August, the return for Sunday 25.
