Optimal snow coverage on the Rettenbach in view of the opening giants of the 2020/21 World Cup, scheduled for Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October.

A formality, considering the excellent conditions that, at least this year, are found on the glacier overlooking Soelden after the heavy snowfalls of the last two weekends.
The Rettenbach received the green light from the FIS, after the snow check carried out this morning by the delegates of the International Federation, for the two giants who will open the World Cup season, next 17-18 October.
The twentieth anniversary of the classic opening, which has been held consecutively in the Oetztal since October 2000 (with some cancellations), will start at 10.00 on Saturday 17 with the first heat of the women's race (remember that all events are canceled collateral, as well as bib draws and awards), followed at 13.00 by the decisive one.
Sunday 18, however, the appointment at 10 and 13.15 for the male giant.
