Two other European nations have announced the participants in the Sölden giants that will open the 2018-2019 Alpine Ski World Cup on the weekend.

Sweden will compete with four women and three men, Germany with four women and five men. And it is precisely in the German men's team that there are the biggest news: all the big names of the technical competitions come back from accidents or physical summer problems, that is, in strict alphabetical order, Fritz Dopfer, Stefan Luitz and Felix Neureuther, the latter stopped by the slalom of Levi he won a little less than a year ago.
