New agreement between the FISI and the Sport Credit in support of the ski schools of the country

2019 marks a new stage in the relationship between the Institute for Sport Credit and the Italian Winter Sports Federation

Following the convention called "Top of the Sport", signed last year in Rome, a new agreement is now being established which sees the FISI as a facilitator towards the National Ski Schools and the Col.Naz., The College which groups them together. While the first agreement allowed the Ski Clubs and installers to access ad hoc financial products, characterized by particularly favorable financing conditions, it is now the turn of the Ski Schools that, through a new protocol - signed in Milan between FISI, Col.Naz. and ICS thanks to their respective Presidents: Flavio Roda, Luciano Magnani and Andrea Abodi - will have the possibility of accessing further forms of subsidized credit, provided by the same Credito Sportivo, to be used to renew and strengthen activities in the area. This is an important step that will involve the 400 Italian Ski Schools, in this growing phase of the winter sports movement in Italy. It is good to remember that the new protocol is signed a few months after the Biathlon World Championships in Anterselva and less than two years after the Cortina alpine skiing ones. In a few days, then, all of Italy will also know the outcome of the vote for the allocation of the Winter Olympic Games of 2026, for which Milan and Cortina are candidates. In short, for the Italy of the mountains it could be a whole decade of great international media coverage and therefore of a growth of the whole. "I thank the President Abodi and the Institute for the Sport Credit because this new agreement completes the previous one and widens the base of the subjects that can resort to the facilitated financing to a great operative reality which is that of the Ski Schools", comments the President of the FISI, Flavio Roda. "Thanks to the work of Col.Naz and President Magnani, now the whole world of winter sports operators has a preferential way of making the mountain economy grow". "I consider this Memorandum of Understanding a significant goal achieved in the name of collaboration, a precious factor in a country that is struggling to appreciate the value and usefulness of this mode of work," said the President of ICS, Andrea Abodi. the importance of the resulting instrument, which takes the form of facilitated finance opportunities dedicated to Italian Ski Schools. The set of opportunities studied with the FISI is therefore enriched to accelerate the development of its sports disciplines and the improvement of the marvelous open-air facilities in which they are practiced ". "The Ski Schools often represent the first contact of the user with the mountain and the masters are the true ambassadors of winter sports - said the President of the Col.Naz. Luciano Magnani - The work on the territory is widespread and must allow us to provide the best possible image to those who spend their money to enjoy sport in a clean and healthy environment. I thank FISI and President Roda, Credito Sportivo and President Abodi for this new protocol that will allow many ski school professionals to better invest their money and, at the same time, contribute to renewing the offer of the Italian mountain " .
