The first weekend of July represents one of the few free moments, but only partially, for the ski blues who have seen their spring holidays canceled by the lockdown, and then live a month of June between skiing at the Stelvio and athletic training at home .
The work between the gym and various types of exercises will resume very soon, or rather for the Italjet sprinters, it is already topical in these days in Formia, to then return to the snow (obviously in diversified blocks) in the heart of August. At least a few hours of leisure is possible these days, and it is interesting to understand where the boys and girls of the national team are experiencing these moments.
Luca De Aliprandini loves madly the motocross bike (useful, albeit dangerous, also in terms of training as Hirscher and Kristoffersen teach) and he has not missed an opportunity to return to ride it on Saturday, while teammates Federico Liberatore , in the area of Lake Carezza, and Stefano Gross in his Val di Fassa, have ventured between MTB and racing bikes.

And then the Delago sisters in the heart of Val Gardena where they were born and raised, Francesca Marsaglia also on e-bike on the paths of the Vialattea, with Elena Curtoni and Roberta Melesi together with the sea in that of Genoa. For all of them, in the next few hours the destination will be that of Formia, with the athletic gathering scheduled until Sunday 12 July for the multipurpose group of the World Cup.
