Giants postponed for 24 hours in Switzerland, while Trentino is preparing to host the international exhibition dedicated to young people. The complete program.

It is the fog that stops the restart of the Grass Ski World Cup, scheduled for today in Marbach after more than a month off, for a weekend in the Swiss ski area. Nothing to do for the two giants planned, therefore postponed by 24 hours when they will try, on Sunday, to complete a program that already has the super-g on the calendar, always at a male and female level. Trentino and Lavarone are also dreaming of the World Cup, which will be at the center of the youth scene of this discipline from Sunday 7 August. In Malga Rivetta, thanks to the organization of the Levico Ski Club, the international youth finals of this 2022 season are scheduled from tomorrow until Friday 12 August. 12 nations; in addition to the Italian team, Austria, France, Germany, Japan, Iran, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan have confirmed their presence, which will be the protagonists of six days dedicated to competition with special slalom competitions, giant slalom and gymkhana, but also to a camp that includes daily training, cultural moments of knowledge of the territory and socializing thanks to the possibility of getting to know each other and confronting each other in the village set up in Malga Rivetta di Lavarone and in Levico Terme. The Italian patrol present is announced to be particularly large, since the same races will be valid as a test of the “Green Talent” circuit, the youth Italian Cup under the aegis of the FISI. The event will start on Sunday 7 August at 20.30 with the opening ceremony in Levico Terme, while the competitions are scheduled for Thursday 11 with the special slalom in the morning and the gymkana in the evening version, then on Friday 12 the grand finale with the slalom giant in the morning and all the awards in the afternoon. The event is organized by the Levico Ski Club, in collaboration with FIS, FISI, Lavarone Ski, therefore the support of the municipalities of Lavarone, Levico Terme and Luserna, as well as the Apt Alpe Cimbra and Valsugana Lagorai. There is also the precious contribution of the Upper Valsugana and Bernstol Communities, of the Magnificent Community of the Cimbri Highlands, of Bim Brenta, of the Alta Valsugana Rural Fund and the Avis of Levico Terme. Among the Trentino boys in the competition, eyes focused on the young athletes who have already stood out in the first stage of the Green Talent in Schia. In particular Andrea Vidoli, Mattia Antolini, Mattia Garollo, Diego Loranzi, Noemi Oettl, Lisa Anastasia Lucchese, Bryan Agostini and Alessio Loranzi.
