The FIS revised the calendar after the renunciation of the Val di Fiemme: departure from 21 to 23 August in Otepaa.

It will try to start again, for two months of a season of the roller ski scene that remains at high risk, even if the subcommittee of the International Federation, which met online in the past few hours, has set a new calendar for the 2020 World Cup.
Without the Val di Fiemme, which gave up after experiencing that great final last September, when Matteo Tanel conquered the absolute crystal ball, the start is set for the penultimate weekend of August, from 21 to 23 in Estonia, between Otepaa and Tartu City.
You should then go to Latvia, to Madona, from 28 to 30 of the same month and then always travel east, in the direction of Khanty Mansiysk, for the Russian stage (from 17 to 20 September) with four races and the assignment of the medals valid for the junior world championships, but which seems to be in danger even more than the previous tests, as well as the final one in Beijing, from 23 to 25 October.

In Val Pusteria sono andate in scena due giornate della versione estiva dello sci di fondo, con Marco Pinzani e Federica Cassol che hanno tronfato nella sprint del sabato sull'asfalto di Anterselva. A Dobbiaco, invece, le 10 km in alternato hanno regalato il successo a Davide Graz e Maria Gismondi, all'interno della cornice della Nordic Arena per quella che è stata la prima tappa della Coppa Italia invernale.
