There is news that moves the equilibrium of the Women's Summer Grand Prix. From what Yuki Ito learns, leader of the overall ranking of the top summer circuit, will not take part in the closing event of Chaikovsky next week.

The very bad absence can be seen by a post on the official Facebook account of the organizing committee of the Russian stage. In fact, presenting the Japanese team to attend the 9 and 10 September meeting, only the names of Sara Takanashi, Yuka Seto and Kaori Iwabuchi are mentioned.
Recapturing the statements of the Japanese federation, it is noticed that Yuki Ito's name is actually absent from the convocations for Chaikovsky. Moreover, this announcement dates back to August 14, and it is to be assumed that the presence of twenty-three Asian Asians was planned. On the other hand last weekend Ito took part (and won) in a domestic competition played right on the Hakuba trampoline.
Absence, which at this point must be regarded as safe unless unlikely changes of the last hour, completely overturns the optic fight situation for the final victory of the Summer Grand Prix. Ito is currently a yellow pectoral with 220 points, but he can not defend his leadership.
So it will head to head between Takanashi (180) and Maren Lundby (176), with Lucile Morat (170) to do the third uncomfortable.
