Everything is finally ready for the seasonal debut, from Friday 6 January on the Winterberg gut, of the blue skeleton team in the skeleton World Cup circuit.
The team directed by Maurizio Oioli is concluding the last training session on the natural slope of Sankt Moritz, before moving to Germany to face the first commitment at the highest level, for which Mattia Gaspari, Amedeo Bagnis, Alessia have been called up Crippa and Valentina Margaglio, led by technicians Andrea Gallina, Wilfried Schneider and Thomas Platzer.
In the 2021/22 season, Italy collected the first two podiums in World Cup history, thanks to Valentina Margaglio - second in Altenberg and third in Igls - who will resume the pursuit of her first career victory from Winterberg.
