Rain and mud flows severely damaged the plant, some sections of the track were completely washed away by the precipitation and debris ruined much of the track. It will be necessary to understand if it will be possible to make the gut operational again by the end of September, a period in which the luge, bobsleigh and skeleton teams will begin preparation for next season. Same question for the European bobsleigh cup in mid-November and for the bobsleigh and skeleton World Cup stage (29 November - 5 December).
