Luge World Cup on natural slopes: hat-trick between women's singles, men's singles and the double still unbeaten, then here's the poker in the mixed team competition. And the azzurrini are amazing in the CdM jr.

An authentic domination for an Italian national team that is dominating this first part of the season.
The home stage of Nova Ponente began with an amazing blue one-two in the men's doubles: Patrick Pigneter and Florian Clara managed to take the fourth consecutive victory, taking them to only one race from the thirteenth crystal ball in their career. A clear affirmation ahead of teammates Patrick Lambacher and Matthias Lambacher for 47 cents, thus relaunching themselves in terms of the general classification. Third place of the podium occupied by the Russians Porshnev / Lazarev at 58 cents.
Evelin Lanthaler was also confirmed as impregnable in the fourth seasonal race of the women's single, continuing the clear path of victories that brings her ever closer to winning the fifth World Cup in series. The thirty-year-old from Merano won with a time of 1''48 ”98, inflicting a gap of 70 cents on the Russian Ekaterina Lavrenteva. Third position for Greta Pinggera, delayed by 87 cents from her teammate, now second ex aequo in the general classification. Ranking that sees Lanthaler first at 400 points, followed by Pinggera and Lisa Walch at 295 points.
Today Alex Gruber triumphed again in the men's single, with the 29-year-old South Tyrolean who defeated Austrian Michael Scheikl with a 75 cent lead. Third position for the other red and white Thomas Kammerlander, delayed by 78 cents and ousted by Gruber himself from the head of the general classification of the maximum circuit. In fourth place was Florian Clara, with a gap of 1 ”16 from his teammate. Mathias Troger also entered the top ten, in eighth place.
Gruber himself, paired with Evelin Lanthaler, won the mixed race for teams. The two Azzurri clearly won with a time of 1''51 "46, with a 1" 25 advantage over the Austrians Unterberger / Scheikl and 1 "34 over the Russians Lavrenteva / Bukin. A simply extraordinary poker for Italy in the home match.
CDM JUNIORES, DOMINIO AZZURRO
The great state of form for Italy in the junior luge world cup on a natural slope also continues in the Umhausen stage. Six Italian athletes in the first nine positions in the men's singles, with only the Austrian Miguel Brugger - in second place at 33 cents - to alternate the Italian double. Fabian Brunner, born in 2003, won the first race of the season with a time of 2''31 ”07. The podium was completed by teammate Daniel Gruber, in third place by a difference of 51 cents. In the women's field, victory also for the blue Katharina Hofer (born in 2005) in the women's single, who earned the highest step of the podium with a time of 2''37 "10 with 23 cents over the second, the Austrian Riccarda Ruetz. Third position of German pearl Sarah Schiller at 90 cents.
Two other Italians in the top ten: it is Jenny Castiglioni, at the foot of the podium with a delay of 1 "14, and Ivonne Mueller seventh at 4" 03. In yet another double victory for Anton Gruber Genetti and Hannes Unterholzner: the Italian crew preceded the other blue duo made up of Alex Oberhofer and Andreas Hofer at 0 ”24. The Slovakian Peter Neupauer and Dominik Neupauer completed the podium, delayed by 78 cents.
