This year, the ski season in South America started well in advance. For the first time you can already ski in April (period equivalent to our autumn) thanks to the heavy snow that has been recorded in recent days in Argentina.

Since yesterday, April 29, you have been skiing on the Lynch slope of Cerro Catedral, Bariloche. The number of daily access to the ski slopes is 300 people who are required to be over 12 years old and have an intermediate or advanced level. The Séxtuple and Lynch chairlifts are open from 10am to 2pm.
"I don't remember such an important snowfall in April. We all played with the idea of opening a ski slope. It was born as a joke and then it became a reality. The whole team went to work to offer a 'unique experience for those who want to make a descent in April "said Matías Marcaccini, manager of Montaña de Catedral.
At the moment it has been decided that the slopes will be open until today, Saturday 30 April. But if conditions allow it, they could also be open in the next few days.
