Prepare for a good location in Snow

Most skiers have learned to ski from the position in throwers. This is achieved by simply approaching the ski tips and widening heels to form a triangle that points in the direction towards the valley. This technique allows you to slow the skiing and is used in some circumstances even by the most experienced skiers, being careful not to overlap the skis, on pain of loss of control.

Before you even try the Snow on the ski slopes you can also train at home doing the two basic movements to get a good position on the slopes: 1) With a towel or a mat that slides well on the floor, you can try to spread the code and close the legs alternately, training leg muscles involved in the movement throwers. It 'important that the movement develops simultaneously on both feet. 2) The second movement involves more imporant ankles, and is obtained by twisting the soles of the feet alternately inward and outward. This movement will allow us on track to tilt to a greater or lesser skiing and exert a greater or lesser braking action. It will be important to be familiar with these movements of the legs and learn to do it without thinking. We must decouple the movements of the foot and leg that lead us in the position to throwers from work the arms, which can be engaged in other activities.
