Let's go and lean firmly on the foot that will be at the bottom! Let's not worry about having to make the curve: the first half is given to us by the force of gravity ... then a good support down at the bottom and the curve is done!

Especially when we are on the steep we have to convince ourselves that by loosening the edge the force of gravity will bring us down and without having to do anything we will have solved the first half of the curve. Let's take advantage of this "gift" and stick our heads and shoulders out into the void ... in relaxation
From then on it will be enough to lean solidly on the foot outside the curve, the one that will go down and the game will be done: balance, feeling of safety, curve that closes well, ready for the next corner, easy pace to keep, great satisfaction!
Our mind must be on the foot that will go down, as if we were going down a steep path: would we think about sophisticated positions and techniques or would we think for each step where to put the foot?
... And what foot would it be? The one that goes down and on which all the weight of the body will have to rest. The body will then have to go over that foot and to lean on that it will have to "go down", especially the half of the body that is on the side of that foot (left foot down = hip and left shoulder down!) ... it's so obvious!
No other words are needed, watch the video and try as soon as you are on the track: "Alternating balance from one foot to the other and always try to support the foot that goes down".
