Parallel skiing - INT.08 - Intermediate ski course

After having learned to rhythm a sequence of snow plow bends with the game of alternating red support and blue support, let's try to transform snow plow skiing into parallel wake skiing.

If we have learned to rhythm we have also found balance and determination. We use these qualities and when we relaunch the action eg. from the blue foot let us bring it lightly close to the red foot that goes to take the new, sturdy support. Let's try it sometime by stopping every time after we succeed. Let's try it several times until we can do it both on one side and the other. Once you understand the trick (strong foot that raises and becomes light going to get close to the other foot that becomes strong, which then raises and becomes light going to get close to the other foot that becomes strong, etc. etc.) Now, when we come away from one support to go to the other, let's look for a greater projection towards the descent (not towards the top, towards the descent!). This will allow us to fall back perfectly on the other support with greater balance and safety. Come on guys! Will we be able to continue snow plowing all our life?
