ski course - focus on body parts

Natural elbow low elbows aligned to the forearm and thumb to stabilize the upper body.

Rising from the hands, on the other end of the forearms we find the elbows.

Their position must be as natural as possible: they must remain low in natural fall and not raised. The position of the elbows is very important and consequent to the position of the thumb which must be aligned with the forearm and which must not converge inside or outside. With the low elbow it will stabilize the upper part of the body outside the curve. The raising of the elbow leads to a misalignment of the hips and to the rotation of the torso causing loss of adhesion of the tails. Remember: the elbow down towards the ground, and not up, pushes down towards the descent while we prepare the stick by swinging it.
