Dolomiti Superski
The head of the organizing committee of the World Cup in Alta Badia will lead Italy's largest ski area for the next three years. "Lazzari my teacher".

A natural handover after a long journey lived together.
Sandro Lazzari, one of the inventors since the foundation of Dolomiti Superski in 1974, officially leaves the presidency of the ski giant to the 40-year-old Andy Varallo, elected Wednesday number 1 of the largest Italian ski area.
For at least the next three years, Varallo, former president of the Alta Badia cableway consortium, and from 2018 head of the organizing committee of the World Cup races on the Gran Risa, after having collected the legacy of his father Marcello, will be the helmsman of Dolomiti Superski after having lived for 12 years alongside Lazzari, in the role of vice president.
The General Assembly unanimously elected Andy Varallo as President and the 49 year old Zeno Kastlunger, entrepreneur and technician of Plan de Corones, for the role of new vice president: “Sandro Lazzari was my great teacher, not only within Dolomiti Superski, but in numerous areas of working life ", Varallo's first words after the appointment.
So much work that awaits the new board, from the tourism sector to sustainability, in a period, moreover, as delicate as this one. With the Dolomites that in 2021 will experience a great event such as the Alpine skiing world championships in Cortina d''Ampezzo and, in 2026, an extraordinary edition of the Olympic Games.
