An agreement was signed between Federfuni Italia and CGIL Lombardia in order to present to the Regions, which have not yet established the guidelines for the cableway transport sector, two protocols relating to maintenance operations and Public Operation of the plants. ski lift in the coming summer season.

The Vice President and Head of the Lombardy area of Federfuni Italy Arnaldo Soncelli and the Trade Union Delegate of the CGIL Giorgio Nana have signed an agreement functional to the reopening of the lifts in the summer and an agreement to guarantee the safety of workers in maintenance operations in the emergency period characterized by Covid-19.
This agreement was sent to the Lombardy Region Sports and Youth Department and other competent Regional Offices so that they can evaluate them positively, so as to be included in the regional guidelines, which for the cableway system are still to be defined, for the sectors that will be open following the enactment of the Law Decree of 16.05.2020 and of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 17.05.2020.

PURCHASE OF TRAVEL TITLE
The staff operating in the ticket office, being in contact with the public, must be equipped with gloves and a mask, the gloves will be replaced after each pause / shift / interval / use of the toilet. The work area must be confined to the public as much as possible. Access to the workplace must take place with the same prescriptions imposed for maintenance operations; The company must prepare adequate signs regarding compliance with the spacing in line, the obligation of a single core component for the purchase of tickets; in the event of access to the internal ticket office, only one person will be able to access at a time; once through the door, a special hand cleaning gel will be made available; In the case of ticket offices with external access only, a special Plexiglas mask must be provided to protect the user / operator; The use of the POS is subject to hand washing with a special gel, washing must also be performed by the person wearing protective gloves , the operator will take care of sanitizing the POS keyboard with a specific product; Alternatively, we recommend that you want to cut out a special one panel for the POS keyboard on a sheet of Plexiglas or to have a double keyboard POS; We recommend the installation, where possible, of a special internal operating compass for the exchange of tickets / cash;
USE OF THE SYSTEM
The use of the systems is not allowed to people with body temperature higher than 37.5 ° C The systems with open vehicles do not suffer any penalty to the summer flow (refer to the operating regulations), the use of the mask is optional according to the current provisions for people who are not subject to interpersonal distancing; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. Systems with closed vehicles undergo a reduction in capacity to 2/3 of the nominal one provided that the use of the worn mask is imposed and that it remains worn for the entire duration of the transport except of the cases envisaged by current legislation relating to individual responsibilities and the obligation to keep the windows of the vehicles open in order to guarantee air recirculation; (the range limitations may not be respected in case of contingent situations such as the obligation to empty areas in view of worsening weather or emergency situations); In the event that the operator must help / accompany users in the ascent and descent, he must wear masks of the FFP2 type with filter or FFP3 that guarantee the protection of the operator himself. The operators at the service of the system must wear latex gloves, whenever action is taken to help a user and it is also accidental contact with the same it will be mandatory to sanitize the gloves with a special gel or replace the gloves.During any on-line rescue operations must be available to the operators of the mask to be worn by the users to be rescued, this availability will be guaranteed by the operating companies; The vehicles must be sanitized at the end of each service, daily or intraday, by means of a sprayer and a special sanitizing product; at the entrance of each system a hand sanitizing gel will be available to be used by users before boarding; the company will take care of providing an adequate access area to the stations that guarantees the spacing of at least 1 meter between people with the exception of people, who are not subject to interpersonal distancing according to current provisions; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility; It will be the responsibility of the exhibiting companies to install signs relating to compliance with the distances in the queue and the behaviors to be followed; The public toilets must be sanitized more frequently with the obligation to also sanitize the handles and the handles present and with the requirement to avoid gatherings in a row and in common areas;
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The normal loading and unloading operations of the bicycles / bobs are performed by the operating staff, the obligation of personal gloves for the execution of the aforementioned operations is prescribed; The bicycle must be left in a special space by the user and the operator must take the vehicle only when the user is at a distance of at least 2 meters from the bike; the bicycles for hire by the company must be sanitized between one rental and another and cleaned with a suitable water gun (pulivapor); All bicycles to hire use and the fun-bob must be sanitized daily; it will not be possible to use the changing rooms and showers if available;
USABLE MATERIALS
Masks: for now there is no specific obligation on the type of mask to be used, it is possible to use the surgical mask or the FFP2 washable one; Sanitizers: we recommend the use of alcohol-based or bleach-based liquids, remember that 0 , 25 of varechina + 1 lt of water = AMUCHINA, it is advisable to use solutions without rinsing and it should be remembered that alcohol-based or ammonia-based products have a consistent smell therefore it is not recommended to wash masks or gloves immediately before using them. electrical: you can use disinfectant wet wipes or wipes soaked in the solution of the previous point, for equipment such as computers or the like it is recommended to use spray solutions; Gloves: you can use work gloves or latex gloves.
