Valle d'Aosta does not give up and puts forward a bill to keep everything open. Not only shops, bars and restaurants, but also the ski lifts.

Valle d'Aosta opposes the closure of skiing at Christmas and proposes a law that provides for everything to be open: ski lifts, bars, restaurants and shops.
The proposal is now under discussion at the Aosta Valley Regional Council with the study of measures to contain the spread of the virus.
In particular, Article 2 Paragraph 16 of the proposed law "Measures to contain the spread of the SARS-COV-2 virus in the social and economic activities of the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta in relation to the state of emergency" states:
"From the date of entry into force of this law, cableways for sporting or tourist-recreational use may carry out regular activities, provided that it is possible to ensure compliance with the safety measures of current safety protocols"

Argentera
Argentera si trova nell’alta Valle Stura, a pochi chilometri dal Colle della Maddalena e dal confine francese, in uno degli ambienti più appartati e selvaggi delle Alpi Marittime. Il comprensorio si sviluppa sopra la frazione di Bersezio, tra circa 1.630 e 2.500 metri di quota, in un paesaggio di lariceti e pendii d’alta montagna dominato dall’Oserot e dalla Rocca dei Tre Vescovi.
