In an increasingly autumnal climate the snow has already begun and dusting our alps, tickling the fantasies of many and thinking about the coming ski season. It is today the official announcement of the 5 stages that will feature the Freeride World Tour 2018, the most important freeride ski and snowboard racing circuit in the world.

There are several novelties this season; as announced two new legendary Freeride World locations were added to the schedule: Hakuba, Japan, and Kicking Horse, British Columbia, Canada. The FWT thus expands its horizon to 3 continents, including Asia.
Instead, remove the stage from Chamonix, France, which has traditionally been the circuit breaker in recent years, and the spectacular but challenging stage in Heines, Alaska, which in recent years, although offering an exciting race to a wild and inaccessible environment, few inconveniences and cost to the organization due to the inclement weather and logistical difficulties.
The 45 athletes competing in the 4 categories - male and female skis, male and female snowboarders - who will face this international journey will be selected after the fourth stage in Fieberbrunn, Austria, before reaching the final in April as always Verbier, Switzerland, at the end of March beginning of April.
For Italy we can count acnora on the presence of Arianna Tricomi, agguittissima after a third overall place last year in the female snowboard and decided to give the best of himself again this year.
