As reported by "Il Gazzettino", there is the ok for the track that will assign the Olympic titles of bobsleigh, luge and skeleton in the Italian Games.

A very long wait, many discussions and now we are finally here, to begin the work necessary for the construction, within just over 3 years, of the new Cortina casing. The governor of Veneto, Luca Zaia, spoke about it several times in recent weeks, and the president of the Bob Club Cortina himself, Gianfranco Rezzadore, in an interview granted to NEVEITALIA underlined how crucial it was, for the entire national movement, reach a positive conclusion regarding the track that will host the bobsleigh, luge and skeleton races at the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games. The work process has officially begun, for the plant on the slopes of the Tofana, and the timing leads to 2025, with the test event necessary one year before the Games. The structure will follow the historic plant dedicated to the legendary Eugenio Monti, closed for 13 years now, and now dismantled to give life to a modern track that obviously has all the requisites and standards necessary at an international level.
